During a creation residency at Hexagram in January 2020, I collaborated with Patil Tchinliguirian on a performance exploring our stories of exile. Although they are completely different (Patil is Armenian, born in Libanon, I am Ukrainian), our stories have many thongs in common. These stories are told through embroidery with 4 hands, where the fabric is not a border between both artists anymore but becomes a place of dialogue.
